Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders require 3 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only via UPS standard delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at check out. 

Once an order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and your location, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

For added security, all orders ship with additional insurance and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need an address correction, contact us before your order ships—changes are not guaranteed once a label has been created.

Shipping Liability & Responsibility

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

However, if you experience any of these issues, please contact us first at customerservice@northshorevintagelove.com so we can assist in next steps resolving the matter.

Since we help handle all shipping claims, customers must comply with requests from us throughout the claim process. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.

Undeliverable / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you. You may choose to have it reshipped (additional postage may apply) or request a refund for the item(s). The original shipping cost is not eligible for refund.

Order Issues & Support

We begin processing quickly. If you need to modify an order or have any shipping questions, contact customerservice@northshorevintagelove.com. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. While we cannot assume liability for carrier-related issues, we will assist you as best we can in navigating claims with the shipping provider when requested.
