North Shore Vintage Love is dedicated to offering high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the unique nature of our business, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed through our website. Please review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. Feel free to contact us with any questions prior to checkout.
Condition & Disclosure
All items are pre-owned (unless explicitly stated). We photograph and describe condition to the best of our ability, but subjective expectations may vary. Normal signs of wear should be expected. Color may vary due to screen settings. Original boxes/dust bags are included only if shown or stated. We cannot assume liability for any damages incurred after the item leaves our possession.
Authenticity Guarantee (Exception to Return and Refund Policy)
Every piece is authenticated by North Shore Vintage Love using Entrupy® prior to sale.
If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us at customerservice@northshorevintagelove.com within 3 calendar days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- A written assessment from a recognized independent third-party authenticator (e.g., Real Authentication (RA), ProAuthenticate, or equivalent)
If our investigation confirms the item is not authentic, we will issue a full refund, including original shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition received, with all tags, accessories, paperwork, and any included certificates.
Sourcing Orders
Custom sourcing requests, deposits, and final pricing (cost of item, shipping, sourcing fee, etc.) associated to the order are non-refundable and final sale once confirmed, due to the personalized nature of the service.
Delivered / Signature Collected
If tracking shows “Delivered” and a signature is collected, the order is considered successfully delivered. We cannot refund or replace orders marked as delivered. If you can’t locate a delivered package, contact the carrier and then email us so we can help you open an inquiry.
Incorrect / Incomplete Address; Refused/Unclaimed Packages
Please verify your address used at checkout. We are not responsible for loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we can reship it (additional postage applies). No refunds for refused or unclaimed packages.
