Sourcing

How It Works:

1) Send your request: Use the form below. The more detail the better: include request type, condition, brand, model name, color, condition, budget range, detailed description, and a fulfillment date (if you want it by a certain date).

• Reference images are highly requested if you are able to provide them

2) We review your submitted request and reply: Our owner evaluates feasibility and emails you next steps within 3 business days.

Personal Sourcing (one-on-one):

3) Confirm details: We’ll confirm specs and share an estimated price range within your budget.
4) Present options: You’ll get curated options within your budget with photos, condition notes, and authentication method (Entrupy® or Real Authentication).
5) Approve & purchase: When you choose an item, we’ll send a private, password-protected checkout link. All sourcing orders are final sale (see Return & Refund Policy).
6) Processing & Shipping: All personal sourcing follows the same processing time and shipping time/pricing as the products in our monthly drops (see Shipping Policy).

Monthly Drop Sourcing:

3) We source it: If feasible to source, we’ll let you know which upcoming monthly bag drop the product requested will be included in.
4) Watch for the drop: Keep an eye out for the drop date for that month. Purchase quickly as the product will be available for anyone to purchase.

If we can’t source it we’ll let you know promptly and suggest close alternatives, if available.
